Shipping policy
Postage and packing
All commissioned art print items are securely packaged and delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery due to their unique nature. All other items are mailed within 2 working days by Second Class Royal Mail although this may vary depending on the order or destination. I cannot deliver to PO boxes or BFPO addresses. Prices quoted include the cost of postage and packaging.
UK postage and packing:
For all products prices include the cost of packaging and delivery. You can choose additional options for express delivery or gift wrapping at checkout.
European & Worldwide Delivery
I can organise delivery to anywhere in the world, but unfortunately the cost of postage outside the UK will be higher. Please contact me for an individual quote and I will do my best to deliver to you wherever you are. Goods for delivery outside the UK may be subject to import duties, customs levies and other taxes outside my control. Any and all additional charges must be borne by you and I will issue a Paypal invoice for this.
Delivery and signatures
Signatures are not always required for courier deliveries and parcels may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. If this is not suitable, I recommend giving a work address for delivery if you are not home during the day. Unfortunately orders are not available for collection, although it may be possible for your order to be delivered to your local post office or collection point following a failed attempt to deliver to your address. You must organise this directly with the courier.
Incorrect addresses
It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is correct. If the address is incorrect or outdated, the parcel is usually returned to me. A further charge for redelivery will be levied if a returned parcel has to be re-sent due to an error on your behalf. The liability for items lost due to an incorrect address is yours; I cannot refund for the lost item and you will be charged for any replacement items if this happens. Please double-check your delivery address!
Lost items
In the unlikely event that an item goes missing in the post, I will do everything I can to trace it for you. Unfortunately I cannot accept liability for the actions of third parties, including the courier. I will do my best to get you a replacement as soon as possible but please note that due to the terms and conditions of the courier there may be a delay before being able to trace, replace or refund items lost in the post.
Production and delivery times
For non-personalised items I aim to deliver your order within 5 working days. I can usually dispatch within 1 day of receiving an order but there may be delays at peak times of year.
For personalised items when I confirm your order I will give you a guideline delivery date. I know that timing is important, particularly for gifts, and guideline delivery dates are given in good faith. However, because this is a piece of art, unfortunately they cannot be guaranteed. As a guide, I aim to deliver your personalised artwork within approximately 28 days, but given the individual nature of the process I will confirm this when you order. I will do my best to let you know if there is a delay for any reason.
If you have a specific deadline then please let me know. I’ll try my very best to meet this, but because each product is prepared to individual specifications, please remember that it’s not always possible for me to do so.
